Property sales

There are thousands of agents selling property in Spain mainly on a freelance commission only basis. The majority of these agents have little or no knowledge of the Spanish legal system, are not registered within the Spanish system and are not regulated.

Inspection visits

A whirlwind inspection visit may seem value at the time you book but buying a property in any country is a serious business and one that you should allow adequate time for. We encourage our customers to spend up to seven days with us where ever possible to get to know the area as well as the properties available. Know who you are dealing with

We have no representatives or agents and you won't find us holding hotel exhibitions. When you deal with us you are dealing directly with a partner in the company who lives and works in the area and who will be on hand to help you long after you have made your purchase.
